Janette Marsac, Licensed Master Social Worker, Registered Dietician-Nutritionist, Senior Clinician
Meet Janette Marsac, LMSW, RDN:
Raise your hand if any of this sounds like you:
Food rules your life.
You obsess over dieting.
You’ve tried every fad.
Eating and body weight are always on your mind.
You’ve sacrificed relationships, important events, your health, and sanity to follow rigid, rule-based eating patterns and overly control your intake.
You’ve felt out of control when eating and maybe can’t stop, even when you’re full.
You turn to food when you’re stressed, bored, and sad. Instead of comfort, you’re left feeling guilty, ashamed, and numb.
Our relationship to food is so tied up in emotions. It can be overwhelming to try and stop spiraling into these negative patterns of binges and all-or-nothing thinking. You’re irritated and exhausted by the constant battle against your own body.
If you’re someone who:
Struggles in your relationship with food
Has tied self-worth to bodyweight or image
Has faced an eating disorder, body image disturbances, or chronic dieting
I’m here to help you rewrite your relationship with food and your body.
You can learn to eat without being scared or anxious. You deserve to view food as nourishment, not a weapon.
At the moment, Janette is not taking new clients. If you would like to be added to her waitlist, please email her directly here or please book a consultation call with one of our other wonderful therapists directly via the link below.
