About the New York City Psychotherapy Collective

The New York City Psychotherapy Collective is a group therapy practice located in New York City. Our psychotherapists have varying specialties and focuses and are highly skilled at navigating the unique challenges that come with living in this fast-paced city. 

We were founded on the principle of combining two main therapy modalities: Psychodynamic Therapy (more reflective about the origins of your habits and mindsets) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (also known as CBT - more action-oriented work). This combination involves a more open-ended approach to discussing past and present experiences and emotions and working on how to change them for the better.

Anxiety
